biography

I am a Research Officer in the interdisciplinary research project IntBioSim (An Integrated Approach to Multi-level Biomolecular Simulations) funded by BBSRC. I received Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Hong Kong, BSc and MSc degrees (both in Computer Science) from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. My research experience includes the Research Associate in the bioinformatics e-Science project Microbase at University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. Earlier I was a lecturer in Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
