interests

My current research is focused on the investigation of communication-efficient data dissemination schemes for sensor networks. I am particularly interested in the propagation of road traffic information in both stationary and mobile sensor networks, with an emphasis on vehicular routing. My work targets urban traffic monitoring scenarios and concentrates on devising routing algorithms that are frugal in the use of the channel, as well as in-network data reduction techniques for traffic information.
