interests

My current research interests are in adaptive spectral methods for numerical solutions to PDEs, combining complex analysis, barycentric interpolation and conformal mapping. I also have an interest in the application of comformal mapping to quadrature methods and the computation of certain matrix functions by complex contour integrals.

For my Masters thesis I worked on a residual control based collocation method for solving two-point boundary value problems, resulting in the software bvp6c (available here).

biography

Having studied my undergraduate Masters in Mathematics (MSci) at Imperial College London, I am now a D.Phil student of St Hugh's College, Oxford reading in Numerical Analysis at the Comlab.
