UNIVERSITY LECTURER IN COMPUTER SCIENCE (PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES)

Oxford University Computing Laboratory proposes to appoint a University Lecturer in Computer Science (Programming Languages) with effect from 1 January 2011 or as soon as possible thereafter. Until 1 October 2011 this will be held as a University Lecturership with no Tutorial Fellowship, on the University scale up to £57,201 per annum.  The successful candidate will initially be offered a non-stipendiary Senior Research Fellowship by Worcester College, under arrangements described in the further particulars, which will be converted to a Tutorial Fellowship with effect from 1 October 2011. The combined University and College salary for the Tutorial Fellowship will be on a scale up to £57,201 per annum plus additional allowances as detailed in the further particulars.

The successful candidate will be a member of the Programming Languages Theme
